A cold day like today makes me even more anxious for Spring to arrive, but we still have 51 days until the official first day of Spring. So what can we do in the mean time to get our fix?
We could look at flower pictures on the internet like we did last week, (see previous blog) or we can plan our gardens. A great place to go for garden ideas and projects is Pinterest. Pinterest is full of gardening information you can explore and tailor to your interests and preferences. Using Pinterest, you’ll be able to find garden projects that you may want to incorporate in your garden, and it’ll help you determine what you want your garden to look like once Spring finally arrives.
Another option to suppress spring fever is to buy succulents for indoor spaces. Succulents are the new ‘in’ thing when it comes to indoor and outdoor plants. They are low maintenance and livens up your home, giving it a fresh new look. There are super cute succulent ideas all over Pinterest for you to explore. (Can you tell I like Pinterest??) If you don’t like the look of succulents, there are plenty of other indoor plants that will literally freshen up your home by recycling the CO2 (carbon dioxide) we breathe out and turning it into O2 (oxygen). Check out this page to find out what benefits various houseplant provide.
What else can we do to pass the time while we wait for Spring?
